What is your opinion on meditation?
Do you meditate?
How do you meditate?
Why do you meditate? What do you want to achieve?
Is meditation a tool or a sacred religious custom?
I just want to know your opinion on this, feel free to answer! ^_^

Meditation makes strong concentration on a particular thing. It makes your thoughts clear. You can can solve any problem because of fresh mind created by meditation. It is not related to religion. It's great to have meditation half an hour per day.

I agreed. Meditation is like some form of exercise, for the mind. Everyone wanted a fit and healthy body, because they can see it. Because the changes made are physical and visible. But the mind actually need to be fit to. I think all of us need to practice meditation! :-)

I do meditate every evening. To me, meditation is very beneficial for physical and mental health , as a way for relaxation and getting cleansed of the stresses of the day. This is a sacred religious practice for some religions , ofcourse, and there are meditation teachers internationally.

I am impressed that you practice meditation and make it as a habit. But how do you meditate? Do you have some method of your own (or learned?), do you mind sharing it?

I don't know if what I really do is a form of meditation. But I sometimes lock myself in a quiet room and get some peace and quiet and concentrate and give my brain and body to relax. After I do this I find myself very relaxed and full of energy. I guess I do this to release tension and give myself a reboot.

That is a form of meditation. More likely a formless-form meditation, dynamic but still give the same results as other meditation. If i may ask, when you do this, do you concentrate your mind on having a peace and quietness or is it an automatic progress?
