Help, I have no idea what this means

Posting Claim instructions 1. In another web browser window, log into your Blog Platform account. 2. Create a new post in your blogging software. 3. Select the "edit HTML" button to switch to HTML mode if applicable. 4. Copy the code below, then paste it in the body of your new post with any Title. 5. Publish the post on your blog. 6. Check to make sure your new post is live, then you’re ready to proceed by clicking the “Claim Now” button. I do not know what the Blog Platform Account is, so I have no idea how to log into it. I understand about going to another window, but am I supposed to find this in My Lot or in my original blog? I am really really needing someone's help to figure this one out. Thank you.
