Has anyone here used the AMC cookware? I have heard alot about it and recently saw a demonstration. The AMC cookware can cook vegetables without any more water than is naturally contained in the food. You can also roast or cook meat without additional fat in its own juices.Even the salt needs to be minimum.I found that this method of cooking ensures maximum retention of nutrients, natural flavor, color as well as appearance. This multi- cooking system is made of surgical grade stainless steel that is completely rustproof and extremely hygienic.Everything sounds good the cost is Rs17,000 for a basic set of 3 vessels.Has anyone tried it? Is it worth it? Please share your views.Thank you.
