low self esteem, need help!

hi all, i m 23 yrs old. i was brought up only with criticisms.. now i live with low self esteem. i dont have any one to understand me. i often think that i m not fit for any job.i lack so much confidence. i feel so stupid to be in a group of people who are intelligent and talkative. if you have any suggestions, help me. thanks a lot.
