Are you addicted to the internet?

I probably am, at work I spend about 8 hours doing my job but checking out emails and other stuff at the same time. When I get home is almost the first thing I do, turn on the computer and continue looking, sometimes I don't even know what I'm looking for, I think that's the addiction part. But ... I do let go of it on the weekends, starting friday afternoon until Monday morning when I get back to work.

Yes of course am addicted to the internet! Where ever I go, I'll try to get myself a laptop and surf the internet! But later I find myself regretting for wasting my time, doing so!
