How do youn reply to a comment on twitter?

I'm a member, I go on it, I'm starting to learn it. But how do you reply or comment on someone's post? I see what are you doing right now and nothing else.

You don't comment on individual posts per se, you reply to twitter users by beginning your tweet with @username. So if you were reply to a post I made, where it says "What are you doing?" you would write: "@cconrad hey that's cool!" or whatever you want to say.
