Have you got somebody you love so much but he/she doesn't love you?

Have you ever tried this before? You love somebody so much that you are willing to sacrifice all you have for him/her. But then he/she simply doesn't love you. Even worse, he/she is deliberately ignoring you on purpose. When I was still young, I love a girl and I love her so much that I really would sacrifice my life if necessary. She does know that I am in love with her and that we shared quite some good time together. But then, she finally chose to leave as her ex-boyfriend had kind of make her touched by saying that he was ill. I was very upset at that time and it took me quite some time to recover. Even now, I still think my love to her didn't just disappear, it is just I understand I should not have that thinking or feeling anymore.
