Which novel do you like to read & why ?

my favoriate book is JANE EYRE.i read this novel when i was a teenager. At first,i was moved by the romantic story for i had the same dream that one day my prince would come to take me away. i read it time and time again, then realized that the most thing it attracted me was not the romance,but the spirit jane had. when she knew her lover had a wife and they couldn't ger married,she was so painful and even desperate . she then refused her lover's suggestion that they could leave for a new place and begin a new life just as wife and husband,although it was really a temptation for her because she knew there are some principles we have to follow. i always ask myself if i were jane, whether or not i can resist such a temptation- living with a man i loved so deeply? i guess i can't. i really admire the strong and the courage the little girl showed. brave enough to love a noble and brave enough to insist the moral principlesl.

i love to read but i rarely read fiction just because i am such a history fanatic and i love to read non fiction. i read stories on how different events affected individuals on their normal, daily life.

Lately, I've been alternating between two novels, Dust of 100 Dogs and Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. They're both amusing reads, with a sort of gallows humor about them that I love.

I like reading the mystery novels, love stories.. No such specific reason as to why I read them.. They just seem to be interesting and keep the reader's interest!! Though it largely depends on the author..
