Do you believe in the death sentence and if so, what are the terms?

I love to watch shows like the First 48, but often get upset when you know a criminal is guilty but they get to walk free because of little evidence. They have had cases shown involving children being murdered and even murder among friends. I know 2 wrongs doesn't make a right but it seems at times thats the punishment some should get for ending another persons life. I'm kind of caught between the two. Do you believe in giving the death sentence and what are the terms? For example, a child's case, etc.
