What is a good gift to give someone who has practically almost everything?

I sat up here and really put some thought in this one. I don't think a gift that you have to buy would be a good gift to give because it can be a repeat or an unnecessary gift. I think that the best gift would be something from the heart. Something that you really put thought into giving.

hubby and i have relatives like that and fortunately i am pretty creative so i usually make stuff for them. most people like homemade things. if you dont want to get them something like that or arent creative, what about a basket of homemade muffins and some jam? that sort of thing?
