My apologies. It's not a stupid rule.

Earlier, in my haste to express my frustrations about not being able to copy and paste, I posted a discussion entitled "Stupid Rule!!" In it, I vented about the rules about copying and pasting, but after having thought about it, I realize that myLot is just trying to make an even playing field for all, and that I'm the stupid one for assuming that somehow I was being singled out.At any rate. I wish to apologize. I would like to ask myLot something, however. Why are we not able to edit our posts once done? In my post on Facebook, I had stated that my intention was to copy and paste (I didn't know about the guideline in question) to other relevant discussions, since it fit more than one are, and let myLot delete the ones that they wanted, and keep the one that fit, in its proper place. Now that I understand the guideline better, I wish that I could remove the part about copying and pasting, so that people who do reply don't miss the point of the discussion, and instead point out the fact that copying and pasting is not allowed. Since no one has replied as of this writing, I can't reply back, "My bad", or something to that effect.

Its rough being a new member and not having the copy/paste privilages. However, none of us get to edit our posts once we've posted them. We have asked and asked for at least spell check, but no luck. At least we got the smilies, and I think you get those about 200. Probably the best thing to do is get out there and respond to other people's discussions, and start discussions so you can get to the "magic" 500.

I have the ability to copy and paste. I only do it when some one has asked for help with something. I do some research and if I find the website I am looking at very useful to the person, I will copy and paste the link here. It is so that I can get the person to look at the website that I just looked at to help them with all their questions. Other than that, I don't really use the copy and paste feature.

You know what's funny, I'm able to copy and paste, but I never even use it. I usually don't have a reason.
