no its not okay to be sneaking on some one even if he/she is your friend to max level. it would be better to just ask if you are in doubt of some thing with your girl/boy friend. greetings. : )

i feel that if you feel the need to do that, than something might be going on. your guts might be telling you this is the wrong person for you to be with. i dont think it's right.
