There's a lot of opinions out there on how often a person should change his mobile phone, do you think we should always aim for the latest models out in the market or should we just stick with our good old mobile phone that can still call and sms?

i think it depends from needs..such as normally mobile phone if you use it carefully and correctly will have a long life!!So i think it is normal to change it when your old won't work or there is a significant break!!
tHERE Are cases you change it simply because you must have some new functionalities available and so it will be useful for you because with new implementions or technologies your life and use will be much better and easier than you did on your old one!!
So i think to have always the last model is really expensive...also because the new model now will be really unuseful between three or four months and so even if you seel it you never have an amount that will cover your new phone!!So you can change when you need but in many cases waiting for some years will be useful for you and your pocket too!!

Hi there. I don't change my phone unless I really have to - i.e., when the phone I've been using has become irreparable or unusable entirely. This actually happened just recently so I got myself the phone I've been wanting - still nothing too fancy, just a basic phone for calling, texting, etc. I've never really had the need for advanced features (e.g. wi-fi access, high pixel cameras) and am quite satisfied with a phone that allows me to do the basic things.
