how do you manage to increase traffic to your adsense-activated blog?

i own a blog thru blogger, and i have it activated by google adsense. It is generating not even a hundred unique visitors in a day, where as my other blog (about PTC) which isn't adsense activated can generate at least 2,000 unique hits.
Now i ask you, mylotters, how do you manage to increase traffic for your site, with or without adsense content?
