do you have chronic pain? are you constantly tired? have you ever misunderstood and misjudgement by people as a lazy or mentally ill person?
I had CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) for many years and recently feel much better by changing my diet. I have made this website and have put up as much info as I could. please visit site if you are a CFS sufferer or concerned about this issue.

thanks soapies. yes, most people do not understand.
i also found this illness is very personal, each of us may have different causes. i found my post was 2 year old and i am still not recovered. i found better many times and crashed down many times. however, now i do feel stronger. i started my own "physical therapy" recently and spend lots of time for physical activities. of course all of this activities are light, such as walking, cleaning rooms, etc. it helps. i was not able to to such things for quite long time.
