I'm annoying during this period

I've just rented a new house and i got very tired for cleaning the house. I have cleaned the new house several days and during the period I have no much time to work with my team. In the mean while, my team got very bad performance that's almost the bottom 1 in my company. My boss has been warning me to recover it as soon as possible. I got high pressure recently. I'm distressed, why not I can't leave my team away even one day?
