Don't you hate that?
Today I finally located some awesome shoes online. I called first to make sure they could be returned in store if they didn't fit. I was assured that they could.
So I go to finish my purchase, and someone just bought those shoes out from under me! I couldn't believe it. I mean, they were on sale, but it wasn't that great of a sale. But they were discontinued shoes so I guess people really wanted them now.
This type of thing has happened to me a few times. And I want to say it doesn't happen in the store, but then I think back to Christmas Eve when people go to the store and grab stuff quickly even though you were looking at it. So I guess the buy it first online thing is pretty much the same.
But at least I can feel a bit better knowing that these shoes probably were too small for me anyway, since I hear that Nikes run small.

But then you'd never be satisfied, lol.
I actually do a lot of online window shopping. But then eventually I will find something that I really want to buy.
I did buy something today at least. Not exactly the shoes I wanted, but I got a father's day present for my dad online today. So that's some progress at least!

Why don't you go to my profile and look for the zazzle link there. They sell customized keds shoes, there are thousands of designs to choose from, you may choose your size and you won't have to worry about people grabbing them because the shoes are made when you order it. Visit my profile if you want to check it out, its in my profile website

Currently I'm looking more for running shoes, but I will keep that in mind because sometimes I like to get Keds. So next time I'm looking for walking shoes maybe I'll get some customized ones, that would be pretty cool. Especially if they have the more cushioned Keds instead of the stiff canvas style.
