Do you know how important this championship to Koe Bryant?. Do you think his hardwork is enough to win?

This whole Kobe without Shaq thing is over rated - wayyyyy over rated. Winning is just important to Kobe (and to anyone who likes to win). He works hard for it - and therefore, he deserves it. It doesn't matter if it's this championship or the olympic gold - that's just the man that he is. He is competitive - and he likes to win. He knows how to get there. However, he also knows that basketball is a team sport ( he had to learn that the hard way, I know, I'm a Laker fan). So is his hardwork good enough? NOPE. He needs the team to want to win in order for them to take home the gold. Shaq wouldn't have won any of the championships without Kobe either - neither of them would not have won without Shaw, Fisher, Horry, etc.

Kobe is one of the hardest workers in the NBA and really wants that first championship without Shaq. And like mentioned before he has lost in the finals twice. The reason why the Lakers are only one win away is because of Kobe's teammates. He now has Gasol, Fisher, Ariza, Odom, just to name a few. The Lakers have deserved to win it all.

Kobe wants to win a championship as the undisputed leader of his team. He has championship rings but they were all won playing second fiddle to Shaq. Right now if you watch him even when he is not on the court, it is his sole focus. Even his kids call him grumpy. The desire is there. It is just a matter of whether he and his teammates have enough to finish the job. He is a great player now but for him to be considered along the likes of Michael Jordan he has to win a championship.

It is very important... He already lost twice in the finals.... He will never ever let go of this chance to try winning it again... His hardwork is so much enough but He need his teammates to step-up too... Team's accumulative effort will surely take them to the coveted trophy.
