who among you got scammed from doing a tasks here in my lot?

hi everyone. i'm just curious, does anyone of you here got scammed from doing tasks here in my lot? saw this available task for me, its about signing up to some website, but as you register they're asking for your paypal email add. i did not pursue to sign up and do the task because i'm afraid i might get scammed.

I haven't seen any signing up tasks but if they are available you can't be scammed because the site can't just withdraw money from your account and thus you can't be scammed. Should they file a payment request just ignore it.
