Should Smoking Be Outlawed?

More and more places across the United States are passing smoking ordinances and regulating where you can and can't smoke? In most lawyer's opinions, it is legal to regulate smokers to the extent that it infringed upon the rights of others. For example, no smoking in restaurants where another patron would have to deal with it.
However, what do most people feel? Obviously smokers would prefer not to be regulated, but how about the people that don't smoke? Where should the restrictions end?

Yes with out a doubt smoking should be outlawed for good all over the world. It is not good for the person who is smoking, the people around you that that person is smoking near, nor is it good for the environment. Its a disgusting habit that is expensive and will eventually kill you. Why than would anyone want to smoke??

Why would anyone want to drink? Why would anyone want to overeat to obesity? I think part of it is that we have become too lazy as a society and too complacent. We just don't want to care for ourselves...and if anybody says anything about it...DISCRIMINATION! Society has come to accept laziness and medicority!
