i had the same problem and moved to turboshare.com
wish they started a referral option too. it would be good. i recvd payment from them. they pay better than ziddu too

in my country RS doesn't like me. I keep getting the "you have reached your limit" or "you're currently downloading another file" when i'm not.
same goes with MU. so i've basically given up on them.
Ziddu doesn't have a limit to each download and allows multiple downloads.. =)

i am using a 2mbps connection. for me i am getting the full donwload speed that i usually get from rapidshare and also got paid twice. yet to try from a faster connection.
but far better than ziddu.

Hi Regal_aeros,
Yeah i have come to know about this action by ZIDDU account holders. I don't know the exact reason but some members complained about this problem in some forums. They say that their account balances were reset to Zero without knowingly. But some say that Ziddu accounts were hacked by someone and the account balances were resetted to zero. Some say that admin had made this action for the members who have cheated or used fraud downloads from their accounts.
But the exact reason was not stated. I don't think you will get back your balance unless you contact admin. I hope you get back your balance soon. So, mail admin about this problem and ask him why this happened to you. You will get your doubts cleared by contacting admin. All the best for you.
