Have you ever been alone without any friends?

That's how things are with me right now. My best friend moved to Chicago in November. The people I hang out with have been busy with other things, leaving to chill by myself. So I ususally go places by myself now. For example, last week I went to the movies by myself. But the good thing is that being alone has allowed me to reflect on my life and focus on things that I had otherwise ignored. I started meditating, which is working pretty well, and I've learned how to enjoy simple things like walking through the park or just sitting on the beach by myself.
