What is your Greatest Fear?

In thinking about things we are afraid of, some things are more in common than others. For example, many people are afraid of the dark, afraid of spiders, etc. What are you afraid of? Are you worried about a family member? Are you worried more about the course your life is taken? How are your current greatest fears different from when you were a child?

My greatest fear is in failing myself. May sound daft but to explain, for a few years my life was in free fall going nowhere except down the pan. But slowly I have been getting my life back together and I made a promise to myself that I would never let my life spin out of control in the way it did. So my fear is to fail and end up losing control again.

Because you know that you are in control of your life, and it is ultimately up to you...I don't think you will lose that. Too many people fail to realize that we are responsible for our own actions. While there may be other factors that influence our lives...we are responsible. What specifically have you done to put your life back together? Do you have specific goals / plans?

This may sound weird, but my greatest fear is...fear. I'm afraid of being overwhelmed with fear. I want to be there always for the people whom I love, but I have to overcome my fears or else I will fail my loved ones. I want to protect my partner from all harm, and I wish and pray that I will be able to do so when that time comes.

Dear the cause of ur fear is being too much thinking like a material in this material world. Remember u r not a body u r living soul a separate power from body which can not be created nor destroyed. Only body can b hurt by materials but soul can b hurt by bad troughts only.

I am most afraid of not being in control of my life. Its my greatest fear to become a vegetable and not be able to do anything other then sit there and breathe. I want to do things by myself. Not have other people do them for me. Thats the serious one. I'm also kinda scared of squirrels. yes i know its funny but i think they are gonna drop onto my face while they are in the trees.

Not being able to remain independent is very common. Although the squirrels may not be quite as common, I completely understand! I chased a squirrel around my attic one day for about two hours and can't decide who spent more time chasing the other! Are you afraid of getting sick? Becoming injured? Anything specific in reference to not being in control?
