I totally believe in eating organic. I know that it is expensive, but there are ways around that. Many of the roadside fruitstands are run by farmers. If you stop and ask if they produced the food and if so use any pesticides or herbicides. In my travels, I have found a few fruitstands that are run by small families and are actually growing the food organically. Their prices are better than in the store. Another option is to grow your own. To grow organically, you need to start with organic seeds, use organic soil and fertilizers. If you don't have the outdoor space, there is something called an earthbox - earthbox.com or you can make your own earth box for urban growing. I live in Tennessee and have a greenhouse on 7 acres. I am currently growing tomatoes, spinach, greenbeans, celery, lettuce, green peppers, broccoli and thyme. If you like you can go to my website from my profile. It is a blog about organic gardening. Hope this helps.

Before eating organic fruits, these should be check properly. Like the apple you bought as U really don't what are those white paste is all about, these may cause health trouble in the future.

I get everything I can organic. The pesticides and preservatives are very hard to remove and some get through the skin to the insides.
