Any predictions for Season Four?

Before Miguel Prado died, he warned Dexter that it doesn't end there. And in the final episode of season three, we saw the other serial killer, supposedly "hired" by Prado get killed by Dexter himself.
Now, the question is, is that the only legacy Prado left? Just that? Getting the Skinner to hunt Dexter down? Hmm... Let's give a what if...
What if it is not the only thing Prado had done before he finally gave up the ghost. What if there is another, say a bounty hunter? An incriminating evidence? Something that will give way to a new storyline.
What I think is that Miguel Prado, being the top Prosecuting Attorney, must have something up his sleeve that will surely challenge Dexter's capabilities. He's got to be intelligent enough to leave a legacy that will surely haunt Dexter beyond his grave.
What do you think?

Oh my, I honestly have no idea. There are so many awesome plot twists and turns in the series, I can't possibly pull together a string of predictions. All I know is I can't wait!

A very good question!
I am wondering, personally, if Rita is going to die. The blood on the wedding dress at the end of the last episode of Season Three was kind of foreboding.
I wonder if Debs will find out about Dexter's... er hobbies... She was close to finding out about the link between Harry and Dex's mom, afterall. I hope that she accepts him because I love their relationships. I know that she does in the books by Jeff Lindsay, from which the series is based.
After that my predictions get shaky.

Nope Miguel Prado is done away with. Season 4 I think was good since they broke away from season 3. It is good that they start the seasons with fresh storylines.
