For you is more relaxing to sleep naked? This make you feel more free?

Now I understand when you said you were going to sleep naked my friend! I don't like sleeping completely naked. I have some very loose pyjamas and I very often wear only the top part but I must have the sheet covering me or I just cannot get to sleep. It is not hot enough here yet to make it difficult to sleep but next month it will be a different story In the other months I wear my pyjamas which are lovely and warm and cuddly

Hi, Ice! I feel most comfortable in a much-too-big t-shirt. I guess it's a matter of habit, since that's been preferred for sleep ever since I can remember.

I always sleep naked. It's just more comfortable that way. I prefer not to wear clothes unless I am going somewhere, or someone else comes in here. when my husband and I are here at home alone, I just sit around the apartment completely naked. Now that it has warmed up for the summer, it's too hot to wear clothes anyway.

I usually sleep with something on, but i have slept naked before. I guess I am always thinking something could happen during the night and I would have to get dressed very fast. I dont mind sleeping naked though it feels good when it is really hot. I like to be comfortable.

Depend, in winter i never sleep naked of course, our winters are very cold usual. But in summer time , sometimes i sleep naked, why not? Is very healthy, even doctor say that in the night is better to return to Adam and Eve times, i mean to feel free, relaxing, like a baby, and you will sleep very good.

Nope. I have 2 kids. At present one can climb into our bed whenever she feels like it. For me a comfy big t-shirt is the least I'll wear. Paired with an old pair of shorts. That's my comfy sleep wear

I usually wear underpants while sleeping, but also tried sleeping naked. I can say that it's awesome, cos' it makes me feel more free and comfortable. Too bad I don't have my own room, so I sleep in the same room where my sister does. And it would be wierd to sleep naked when someone else is in the room, wouldn't it?:D

i do share this opinion with you, its really ideal to sleep naked because it makes the mind and body to be very free, in my city now its very cold and no one can afford to sleep naked otherwise the cold will take life out of such a person, these days i sleep with two clothes on because the winter might get too much unbearable at night

I used to sleep naked because its also really hot hear during summer actually almost all year. To me I felt really free and freash especialy is I had a shower right before going to sleep. But now I have no privacy with my daughter just barging in to the room with out naking and most of my family is the same way. So now I have to wear pajamas or atlest a shirt, I'm getting use to wearing something now but I do miss those days.

I don't really like sleeping naked because I have a horrible body image of myself, but it gets extremely hot here, so I sleep with little clothes. Usually just a sort of tank top and really short shorts or sometimes just underwear. I think it's very uncomfortable to sleep naked, though.

Even if I live in a topical country, personally, I am not comfortable sleeping naked. I would be in my shorts and shirt when I go to sleep and that is comfortable enough for me. I respect other people's way of sleeping. As long as you are comfortable with it then go for it.

Yes, it is more relaxing to sleep naked, especially in summer, it is not possible in winter. I like to sleep with a blanket during rainy season. I want to practice it, but not possible. I am staying in a hostel with a room mate. But, I use very little clothes during sleeping.

I found sleeping naked more comfortable than wearing tops or bottoms. I just left my undies with me especially if it is summer because here in the Philippines the weather is too hot.

I can sleep with top off but I cant sleep with my bottoms off - I never have been able to figure out why . I dont feel chilly with the fan on - i just feel exposed . I think I am just a nervous person

I don t like to sleep naked, i like t-shirt, or pajamas in the winter. If is very cold, or very hot, i will use my conditioned air. or fire in the fire place.
