learn to relax and reduce stress and enjoy life

At times we get uptight and ae not able to enjoy life, because we are stress out. But it is very important to relax and dont make situation get us down. Relaxation is an important part of our quest to stress management.
Relaxation is not just about peace of mind or enjoying a hobby. Relaxation is a process that decreases the wear and tear on our mind and body from the challenges and hassles of daily life. So if we learn to relax we will be able to enjoy life to the fullest.

After a hard day in the work is always good to do things to relax.
People like to read, do sports, sleep...
after a period of slackness our heads works better and we can enjoy life to it's most.
Traveling is some another great form to relax. Visit a new country on your vacation. When you comeback home, you certainly will be a new and more content person.

I have just thought of something that is going to relax me and it is a very simple thought. I will just go and make some money everyday and that should relieve the stress of being poor. This might sound silly but I don't have a steady job but I do have an internet connection and some web hosting so I will just go out everyday and try to get someone to use my services to make a website. cheers!!

A very relevant discussion this is. Regarding reducing stress, brahamkumaris suggest to take 1 minute off after every hour and remind yourself about positive things which gives us energy and this break of 1 minutes breaks the monotony of routine and keeps a person away from stress.

Relaxatin is a good way to live a healthy life...I agree with yu in this regard. Stress may be caused due to many reason,specially because of work pressure. I also prefer dong yoga exercises for reducing stress. Listening to good music and sleeping also helps sometimes.

I have experience similar thing in my life where I am so stressed up with work and studies an I refuse to go out with friends or family on either an excursion or for shopping. So I am unable to enjoy life when I am disturbed with work and studies and other stress. I prefer meditation to calm down and it help me a lot.

I think relaxation is the greatest solution to stress management (unless you get a sureshot way to solve whatever your problem is).
Yoga, pilates, meditation, playing music, exercise and cooking (yes, cooking!) are great ways to relax. These are activities that require you to concentrate on what you're doing at first, but when you master them, you get to feel as if you're doing something out of routine. It's great. :)

I am agree with you, relaxation is one of the key to a healthy living. If you are stress and have many things comes in your mind your feeling not good. But if you are relax and do things at a time you do the right thing in good. Have time to relax even how busy you are, you need to enjoy yourself, smile always one way to take away stress and again have time to relax.
