They exist, it's just obvious that you haven't experienced them yet. I have a bad memory from years of severe sleep deprivation, and my boyfriend has been the victim of a traumatic brain injury. I find myself often times having to remind him of things, and it doesn't bother me at all .. Because I love him. When you love someone that means that you love EVERY bit of them. Sorry that you haven't had this kind of experience. By the way, no one "Un-learns" love. You learn how to better throw up walls to protect yourself, thus if that kind of love DOES come along, there's a good chance that you will miss it because you've imprisoned yourself in this train of thought.

I have always benn a 50 First Dates fan, and not just because of their casts nor the uber nice soundtrack, but most especially because of the storyline. However, I have to admit, that the reason why I am so inlove of the movie is because, a love like that is almost, if never not, possible. You are true when you said that it is hard to find someone as patient as Adam's love for Drew in the movie. Then again, the movie was made to earn... and that is the main reason why we're all crazy and amazed at how it's made.

"Such stories are awesome but they can never be real" thats exactly what i thought when I saw this movie. These type of movies just give us false dreams which are never going to fullfil.
