My THE BOOK was Lord of the rings, all three of them. That was the most exiting and wonderful book I have ever read. I read it in my native language and then in English. I have the English version in my book shelf and every now and then I read it. I just love the variety of characters and all the different creatures J.R.R. Tolkien has created.
What is your all time favourite and why?

I think I will see if I can find that book. I love history and different types of books that even a little touch the historical events in the world.

I have enjoyed many books in my life. But I think that the books I read when I was a teenager left me an imprint that makes them very special. In that category fall Demin by Hermann Hesse, The little prince by Antoine de Saint Exupery and East of Eden by John Steinbeack.
Years later I could apreciate other books I had read before. I read Don Quijote in secondary school but could only grap it´s meaning when I read it again at the University. It happened that way with many others, like Crime and punishment and part of Dickens.

Oh now you have touched a special part of me. I love Little Prince and Don Quijote is one of my favourite books, I first read it at 6th grade and then in the college and last winter again.

I liked Harry Potter also. I read all the books but only in Estonian. I have seen the movies also, the ones that have been made until now.

I enjoy reading self-help books. What I am reading again is the book "The Power of the Now". This is a good book and worth reading and reading again. Just look at the title, power. Imagine how much power we have if we concentrate on doing and staying focus on the NOW. Most of us are confined with yesterday and focuses more attention on the future. Remember, all we have is now and it determines our yesterday and will determine our future.

Yes I see your point. I have to see if my local library has it. I haven't been much self-help books reader myself, I once gave one to my younger brother. That was about girls if I remember correctly.
