Do you believe in this? Just yesterday, my patience was tested again. I went to my university for me to get my transcript of record. The clerk said that everything's ready; i just needed to wait for the head registrar to sign it up for approval. She let me wait at the waiting area and advised me to wait for my name to be called. The time was 8:30am when I reached the school. Came 9:30, still my name had not been called. I then called the attention of the clerk asking whether my TOR had already been signed up or not, and she said that the head registrar hasn't arrived yet. Came 10:30, still nothing happened. I started to become impatient all ready as I was all ready late for my next schedule, but i knew that i needed to extend more of my patience because i knew how important the document that i was trying to get. At last, after 2 and half hours, my name was called up...Whew! Have you encountered similar experience like this? Do you think that waiting is really part of every day life?^^

It is said that people who live in cities spend a good portion of their lives waiting at the traffic signal to turn green. So yes i would say that waiting is a part of our lives. I hate such people who can't maintain time and think that the other person has got the entire time in the world and can WAIT. i am sorry for your dreadful experience but I have been through these scenarios a number of times testing my level of patience.

Hello my friend. How have you been? i am also with you that our patience is being tested every day. and likewise here, I cannot comprehend people who let others wait for a long time as though they are just the ones own are busy in this world. Anyway, time really tests our level of patience. Blessings!^^

Really being patience is a great quality, at sometimes. For example, take the birth of human child , the mother has to wait for months to get a baby!. Can you get before that without any problem?(except some cases).
Time is precious. But patience is more precious...

Hi there express. You are right in saying that having patience is muchly needed especially in precious moments. I experienced waiting 9months for my babies to be born, and usually at the last term, I could feel the urge to give birth all ready. I remember my pregnancy with my third son when I asked my doctor to induce me just for my baby to be delivered. Fortunately, the next day, my baby wanted to come out by his own without having to be induced. Indeed, it took me a lot of patience waiting for him. Wheew!!!

Yes, waiting is a part of one's life. Like you said, your patience is being tested while you wait. I have had experience in my life where I had to wait for 3 or more hours, that was when I was applying for a job. It is part of a package. They say that patience is a virtue.
