Do you often work in company over offictime?

I think not many people like to work overtime and I am just one of them. There are situations where I have to work overtime and I have even worked until 12pm where the only reason I left by then is that the main door will be closed. It was a tough situation as I still had to go back to work at 9am in the morning but I need to use 1.5 hours to travel between my home and office. In fact it is the trend here that people will work overtime and have to work till late hours especially in face of the current economic crisis. Can only hope things will get pass soon and companies are willing to recruit more people to do the same job.

I don't prefer working overtime.I think,it is a unfortunate incident,if I had to work over time. It is also not god for health too.But I had to work sometimes,specially at the end of the financial year.During those times I had lots to do, which most of the time I cannot finish them during the work time.

Well I love my work, so at times I am working overtime and more I have worked in a day I am happier. Work is a part of life and is a major part of life, somehow I try to keep a balance between family and work as both are very important.

I used to work overtime during practical training in university. But now, I am contract worker, I don't get paid for overtime. Besides, my job begin at 1.30 pm to 6.30 pm. By 6.30 pm, the place will be completely deserted except for security guards. I don't feel safe to stay behind. It's not about ghost, it's human that I worry about. If I need to complete my work on the same day, I'll take them home with me.
