Your status will updated in hourly manner. So, you can see your earnings the next day. Apart from that the reasons may be:
1.You just answer the discussions with one or two sentences without much real content.
2.You may have started discussions which can't be valued enough.
3.Your answers may be against the policy rules.

:) well, that's a very good news, after twenty four hours you already earned $0.11. I am new in mylot too and just like you i'm also seeking the advise of those tenured mylot user. We have one common denominator here ---MONEY. I am browsing on the discussions on home i can earn extra income. specially these days of global recession. a few dollars would matter in the long run..
