Well I have been dieting for a little while now. ALong with exercise. I get up in the morning and do stretches and a little work out. Then after work i go to the gym and focus on my cardio. I have switched from regular bread to wheat and its some flat bread that only has fifty calories per slice. Also I have been laying off the sweets. I have been drinking nothing but water and green tea. Also if you drink green tea often in my case I find it helps curb my appetite.
Quick add is all this may or may not help you loose weight because when you work out you also build muscle so instead of losing weight you may gain, but it will be healthy gain. The way I read is if you measure your waste along with weighing yourself then if your weight doesn't go down but your waist keeps slimming then your fine. Muscle is better then fat.
