When is it time to diet?

Well what will trigger you to diet? For me, it's when i feel like i have a double chin. I'd dive into a diet straight away. Or when i feel my clothes restricting my breathing in some way. What about you?

It's definitely when I weigh myself and see an unpleasant number. Or when I notice that my clothes are looking too tight or aren't fitting as comfortably. For some reason, noticing these things is SO much more compelling than the "I should really get healthy.." thoughts in the back of my mind.

I believe theres no right or wrong time to get on to a diet. A better or healthy diet helps you to stay fit and healthy. I don't think anyone likes to be unfit or unhealthy in their life. Always eat right, you will have a happier and healthier life.

for me, when my fat pants become too tight, then I know that it's time to diet..hahah...Seriously though, I think once I feel like i've put on a few pounds, then I try to go on a diet just so I cna fit into my clothes properly..
