As as girl..er lady, I always wear earrings, engagement ring and promise ring whenever I go out I just add a wristwatch and that's it. I don't wear necklace because whenever I perspire it itch. I also don't wear bracelets because I have the habit of always touching it and opening and closing its lock every one in a while. So everytime I wear it either a go home not knowing that I lost my bracelet or I broke it before the day ends.
As for guys, I don't want seeing them with a lot of bling blings. It makes them look dirty. I think it's alright for them to wear a wrist watch and a ring if they are married but other than that it'slooks really dirty.

I think jewelery looks good on both men and women.I always wear my gold rings and a gold necklace every day of the week.I dont think that wearing gold and silver mixed looks very good together at all.I used to wear earings, but have not done so in along time so i may start wearing them again soon.Men wearing jewelery looks good as long as they do not wear too much.

I think mostly all womans in this world loves the jewelery, specially diamonds :)
Womans wears jewelery to made their self feels better and beautiful, unline Males, they use jewelery for some kind of sign or macho or something like that.
like RnB male, they pierced, they use bracelets, etc that is shining!
even gold!
I think woman deserve wear jewelery in every ocassion :) not only for special one like wedding or something like that.

I think it is not wrong for men to wear all those because it is a good way to express ourselves and feel more complete in a way.As woman loves to decorate themselves we men also love to keep ourselves decorated.I dont see any bad side effects or wrong for wearing all those things and i think it is approprtiate to do so....

Hi icesmile, I have to honestly say, that I don't understand men wearing earrings. I'm glad you brought this subject up, because as a woman, I used to wear earrings, until I began seeing young boys and men wearing them. I couldn't believe it! Maybe I'm a bit old fashioned, but I thought only real pirates and women wore them. So I stopped wearing earrings altogether, because of the principle of it, you know, my own preference now has changed. When I see a man with any jewelry (excluding a ring), to me it's a turn off. I think it's because my Dad never wore jewelry, he was a tough guy like John Wayne, and didn't need jewelry to look like a real man. But to each his own I say. I think men should save their money, and just be themselves. If I were a man, I'd be afraid that a gold digger was after me, if I wore jewelry. Thank you for allowing me to comment here. Blessings to you.

I have a couple of pieces of jewellery that I like. I like the style of the jewellery, and I like the colours. Also, each piece was given to me by a member of my family, or passed down from previous generations of my family. I have pieces from my husband, and from four generations of my family.

I do wear jewellery for special occasions that too very little.I feel very conscious.I don't like to look like a walking jewellery store. In India we find people adorning themselves with all the jewellery they can.As for men wearing jewellery it looks really awful I think men can wear a good watch.Somehow when men wear too much jewellery it looks very vulgar, it just does not look good.Oflate youngster and older men are all into flashing their money by wearing lots of jewellery.Even my Dad wears a chunky gold chain around his neck, a thick bracelet and a huge finger ring.I simply cannot describe how embarrassing it is for me. He will just not listen he thinks its fine. Its really awful.

I dont care if a man wears a necklace, earrings or such as long as it is manly jewelry ( ex: I saw a man with dangling hearts and I just thought umm okay.. lol)
In my case I wear my wedding rings all the time and the promise ring I got from my husband when we renewed our vows. I dont wear earrings or anything else really. Im a plain country girl and things like that get in the way. lol

I think live and let live, I have no porblems in men wearing any type of jewellery but I do think it looks tacky if men or women wear lots though. I only really wear jewellery on special occasions, but in the uk costume jewellery is popular and fashionable so definately easier on my bank balance. lol

I have to say, I really don't like when guys wear jewelry. I just find it really unattractive when men wear earrings or weird rings and necklaces.
I don't wear jewelry too often. Usually just simple things.

Well, I do like it when my husband wears his wedding ring (hee, hee). I don't mind if a man wears a gold bracelet or neck chain if it is in good taste. I think guys wear earrings because it has been sort of a fad for a while now. My ex used to say something like (no offense to anyone) -- left ear buccaneer, right ear queer. It does seem like a thing a woman should do and not a man but just like tattoos (which I don't really like), I think the men and earing thing is an expression of self. A guy wants to belong to the crowd, to look cool. I think watches are okay for men and women. I personally (for women) love bracelets, especially the sparkly kind. They don't have to be expensive, could be made from crystals or the like. The only problem is that I have worn and lost or broken so many of my bracelets that I have stopped buying new ones because of my bad luck.

I am a female and I do not wear very much jewellery. I do quite like to have delicate jewellery to wear when I am in the mood or attending somewhere special. I am not a massive fan of wearing very 'showy' things so the bling factor is not really my thing. I don't think there is anything wrong about a man wearing a bit of jewellery as long as he is not some sort of sparkling object every single day!

I don't like to wear jewelery but I think there is nothing wrong if some other men like to wear it.
I am wearing a Silver ring that too my mother has brought for me and it is because of her superstitions.
Jewelery is very precious and women like to wear it very much.
Even silver and gold both are jewelery!!

I think it's all a matter of personal taste. I don't wear much jewlery at all. I have a necklace that a friend made me that I love. It isn't flashy or anything....it's me. I do wear earrings. Unless I'm dressing up which is rare...that is about it. I don't see anything wrong with men wearing jewelry at all. To each his own.

I wear jewelery but only bracelet and necklace. I don't like to overload myself with too much jeweleries and make me feel like a moving jewelery shop. Besides, too much accessories attract theft. It's not a good thing and can create more trouble. Silver jewelery is nice and I have bracelet. I only wear it occasionally since it clash with my gold necklace that I hardly take off.
