i think i can do some exercise.
like jumping rope.play basketball.swimming and so on.
easpecially the sports that needs to jump as more as possible.
what is important is to be persistent to the end.though i know it' difficult to persist.but after do it for a period of time you'll enjoy of it.
in addtion.i'll eat more fish.milk, egg shrimp or something contains lots of calcium and nutrition to promote the bones to grow.this factor is indispensable for taller and a basic guarantee for the further grow.
if i can keep it up i believe i'll add some more height for sometime after.

I am rather on the petite side. . and it is not so much that I want to become taller as much as it is I always feel 10 pounds thinner when I have a little extra height. . so what does a girl do .. . .finds the best 4 inch platform shoes (so glad they came back into fashion) and they do the trick . .a great pair of stilettos does the trick as well but not as comfortably as a pair of platforms!!!
On a funny note . .my dad always calls me when it rains and says. . maybe if you go out and stand there for a little while . .maybe you will grow
Ha ha ha .. .I actually love my height and love the fact I can be whatever height I want with just a little adjustment
Happy Lotting to you!

Get higher heels. You can't really increase your height once you have finished growing (in your early 20s at the latest). There are many strategies, however, in which you can influence other people's perception of your height. One of the most effective is never to turn your face upward when speaking to people who are taller than you. Allow your eyes to meet theirs but keep your face level.
Much can be achieved, too, by 'thinking' yourself tall. This is very much a matter of posture and how you carry yourself. Don't forget that some of the most influential and famous people were actually much shorter than average. It isn't physical height that's important so much as how much you respect yourself.

Hi, I am short also and would love to know that too! lol
My friend who's experienced model said the way you stand is also
an important key. I know I won't get much taller since I'm already 31,
but I try to "look taller than my actual height" by how I stand,
picking a clothes that makes people think you are taller than your actual
height. You can do many things

Short of surgery, which is dangerous and drastic, I can think of several simple ways to be or appear taller. The size of the soles or heels of your shoes can add height. Wearing your hair with a bit more body on the top could add an inch or more to the appearance of height. So can using good posture, standing, sitting, and walking tall and straight. You can even appear taller or shorter depending on your wardrobe choices. Experiment, look in the mirror next time you shop, or take a friend and get their opinion : ) Combine all these measures, and you could add as much as several inches to your height without compromising your health or your comfort.
