Feeding street or stray cats? / myLot

Here in my place, I can see many street cats. Some are thin and some look okay. Others say "meow! moew!" which sounds like they're begging for food or just looking for a new owner. What do you do if you see a street cat or stray cat?

we also have so many stray cats outside our house my friend but i cannot adopt all of them. i have this distinct cat inside our house, his mother was once a stray cat but we never see her again. we named him Tam and i like him though because he is so sweet and playful as well. but yes we sometimes give food to the stray cats but give it to them outside as not for them to think that they are welcome in our home. we cant afford to much cats, you know. thanks friend jhelai
