What do you think is the best natural high

For me, I think my vote goes to exercise. If I can push myself over the first 20 minutes of a cardio workout (yes, I am lazy), I can really feel the endorpins start to kick in and I feel myself smiling and I feel really happy. It wears off pretty quickly, but it's nice while it lasts :)
What's your favourite 'natural high'?

for me,exercise and vintage shopping provides natural high for me.I love dancing,and it is a real form of exercise without thinking that you're exercising.I am also looking forward to have swimming lessons.vintage shopping gives me a different kind of high than shopping for brand new.I love digging items with history in them.

I have to agree excercise does feel really good after about 20 minutes. It makes you feel refreshed. The first feelings of love with your partner is also great. You know that giddy feeling you get being around them. That excited feeling. Also adrenaline rushes are great when you have them. You know like when you are on a roller coaster ride etc. etc. That feeling you get when you hear a song that you really enjoy. That is about all I can think of right now. :)

Probably exercise too. But, the funny thing is, even though I know that, I can't get myself to actually exercise. I know I feel good when I do it, but dragging myself off the couch is not easy most of the time. Sometimes, but on a regular basis, not easy.
Sweet are a pretty good high too, but maybe not the same and that kind of high requires the exercise part.
Speaking of exercise maybe I will get up and get on the treadmill... maybe.

Exercise as well!but i try to vary it like this week i'll do jogging, then pilates, swimming, then biking and so the cycle goes.(did you know that the more you confuse your body the more effective your work-out becomes, because the least thing you want to happen is to get your body adapted to the workout cuz if so, it will render useless)i agree that it does feel good after you've worked yourself out seeing all the fresh sweat you produced and telling yourself you've somehow revved up your lethargic metabolic rate haha. and you know why we feel good?you're right!it's because of the endorphins we released, they're also called happy hormones because they perk up your mood thus you feel good. like all the sweet stuff does; chocolates, cakes, ice cream...;-)
