I was in choir for four years in high school. I also was very big into FHA and was even an officer one year. Another group I was in (and was also an officer) was called "Noon Day" it was a Bible study group that met one day each week at lunch for studying together. Some times we had special speakers come in to speak to us.

I don't consider myslef "religious"... but I do love God. And I believe it is very important how we treat one another.

I was a member of the drum and bugle corp during high school. Friday is Club Day but Drum corp member can go home early and would go back Saturday for the practice. It's fun because we'd represent the school on some activities like procession, opening of establishments, sportsfest and many more. I was a member since elementary but in a different school. In college, that's the time i went marching. lol! I was a member of the silent drillers or model squadron.

i had second thoughts when a friend of mine invited me to join a bugle corp. i was so skinny that time and i think that the drum is bigger than me. i also hate the idea of being exposed to the sun.

Well i guess we all have to go through it right? You as an officer, i'm sure you had worse. When i was in college, i was in shade all the time. It was the traditional privilege in our school that when you're a silent driller/model squadron, you'll be treated like a king. Only regular cadets will stay under the sun.

Hi. flagella08. That is very wonderful! I hope that you will enjoy your training. I also hope that you will enjoy singing and marching in a choir. I think that it is so great that you are able to have an activity that you love and enjoy doing while you are in high school.
