how to increase mylot rating?

Hi, Well you are not getting your rating because you are boring person or unfriendly person is wrong. You will only see the star after you complete your 100 posts. After that you can increase your rating by giving nice and descriptive responses. You can also contribute to others rating by giving positive rating. Just 63 post away then you'll also get your star. So be patient friend.

I think the rating you are referring to is your Interest Rating (where it says 'xxxx out of xxxxx' under a particular Interest, in this case 'mylot.com'). I can't be sure how this rating works but I think it depends on the relative quality of your posts in that Interest (and therefore, to a large extent, how often you post under that Interest). It's not a very important figure, in my view. Much more important is your 'star' rating which you will see when you reach 100 posts. It is sad the most of the members here do not rate the discussions or responses of their friends.May they forget or do not care that much.But requesting them openly to rate you is against Mylot rules.So you have the option of getting more friends fro you and rating positive all the good discussions made by them.May be their conscience and decency prod them to reciprocate.

HI, I dont think you can see your rating until your reach to 100 posts. how do you know that no one is rating you? well, do you want to know how much you do? once you reach to 100post, then a star will appear next to your name and then u know. dont worry about rating ... just enjoy and then you will get what you wish for. goodluck

if you want get rated. You must post or comment some useful stuff in a long sentence and try to post to your friend. sooner you will get rated by your own friend. thank you.

I am not clear on what you are asking here. Are you expecting to have a star already? You haven't even reached a hundred posts yet. I think you have to get there before you are going to see a star rating. Now you can start working on that star now by creating great discussions that are well structured. Ones that ask for a response that is more than a yes or no response. Don't start a discussion just for the sake of starting one. Think about it and make it one that people want to take part in or you will end up with no responses or responses from people that leave one word or one sentence responses. Those discussions may just get deleted and that goes against you which will not help your star rating. When you respond to discussions make your response so good that people who read it will want you as a friend, plus you will earn more best response when you respond with good content. Hi, the only way can help you get higher rating is be more active here. Must write more and try to make more friends here. They will give you a positive so that you can increase your rating. The thing you write is also very important. The quality response can get a best respond from the one who started the topic. When you get a best respond it will not only helping you to increase your earning but increase your ranking here too. So what you have to do is be more hardworking here. I think you just have to keep on responding and not minding the ratings at all! We rarely look at them ourselves... or at least I don't. But if you're really concerned about it, drop by my discussions more often, I always give positive rating to sensible responses (I'm not too picky who gets a + but I am careful who gets a "-" and there has only been several times when I felt compelled to do so). You're discussions Was a bit confusing. i guess you Were trying to ask is how to increase mylot reputation by increasing the number beside your profile. you should at least make discussions that are long and has quality or respond to a discussion with out offending others, actually do it the other way around..

In everyfield good relationship is very much required. i cant say you are boring or interesting but relationship plays very important role. Here by submiting discussion and read, responds, others make relation. To respond is the only way to make people aware about you. Here you will find many discussion to increase your mylot earning so dont worry. Be positive and attract others. cheers....

Hi, The first, you must have at least 100 posts to have your own star reputation. start to Get your 'star' with counting in good quality and not just quantities of your posts.. Then, you will found the result in second (after 100 posts). The second, rating are given by other mylotter, that have read your posts in your new topic discussion, your responses and your comments. So, start making a good quality in 3 things i mentioned before. Surely, other myLotters will rating positively in yours..And you never know who give positive ratings to your reputation, whether you only know the result in your star. The best way to get rated it to continuously reply with helpful messages to as many discussions as possible. If you can open some great discussions and give some great relies the reputation will come to you as it did for me. I got my first star, it was a 5, when I reached 200 posts, a day or two ago. Keep being active and you will get there.

As you can all see from my number of posts (this being my second), I'm also new here, and although I didnt ask this question, I find the replies to it have been helpfull to me as well. So far in the few minutes I've been here I've seen numerous posts I want to read and probably reply to so I expect to reach my 100th post over the weekend.

Yes, you get reputation by rating long comments and by telling good facts.So mainly you do not want to put a lot of bull.That is why it is very good to tell the truth and give very long informative facts as much as you can.Then soon after you take these tips your ranking should be going up fairly quick.Also don't be mad if it goes up very slow.Some things just take time in life.
