ipod help

i tried formatting my ipod bcos of a virus and now my laptop doesnt recognize it when i plug it and the ipod doesnt stay on it just shows the apple logo, goes off and repeats that till the battery runs out...any ideas?

Your anti virus should be able to detect the virus as soon as you plug it on. If that doesn't work, take it to an electronics shop or a computer shop and ask them to fix it.

i know but my laptop doesnt get the chance to recognize it before it goes off
