hello mylotters... i am just thinking why people seems not to be satisfied with their color complexion, like white wants to have a tan complexion and those who are naturally look tan wants to have lighter complexion...like me i want to say that i am satisfied with what i have but no...because although i think my skin is already smooth and soft i still use whitening soaps and lotion... i have a natural morena skin (common skin color of a Filipino) but i want to have fairer skin...just fair not white...:-) how about you? are you satisfied with your skin color? thanks and have a nice day! :-)

IN the past, i'm not as satisfied with my skin color as i belong to the fairer side.. lol =D BUt recently, i decide to get a healthy tann instead in order to suit my personality.. hehe ^_^ So right now, i do have a tanned skin, but not as nice as morena yet.. However, having a morena skin tone is my ultimate goal, because it looks so natural and nice.. hehe ^_^ PLus, tanned skin looks much better and can match almost any color of clothing.. hehe ^_^ Even pink and red looks so manly on someeone who's tanned.. haha =D

hehe...really? why is it like that, people with fair skin want to have a tan and people who are already tan want to have fairer skin! hehehe well actually morena or moreno or "kayumanggi" this is very common here and most of Filipinos i think don't like to be expose on the sun coz they don't want their skin to look more tan or darker...we want fairer skin and to some they feel that women with fairer skin is prettier! huh! well i think pink is really cool for a man but if a man is too fair he might look like gay in pink...hehehe

lol =D I guess it's human nature ^_^ We just want to look like others, and only knowing know to follow instead of cherishing what we have naturally.. hehe ^_^ For most women, i guess it's the influence of hollywood actress or woman in european countries, because they look good with fair skin.. As for european woman, some of them look forward to tanned skin because it looks nice on us.. lol =D YUP!! I dun like or dare to wear pink in the past because i'm scared i'll be mistood as a gay, which i definitely dun want to.. haha =D BUt now, wearing of pink is nothing to be feared as i have the right skin tone to match it.. hehe ^_^ PLus, red shirts on me does not appear to be as bright when i'm tanned.. hehe

well maybe yes that's one of the reason why...celebrities really have some influence to every woman... but anyway i don't really like the skin of europians or americans coz usually they have ...was that freckles? i mean the brown spots on their skins... which is really common to fair complexion...

I am not to happy with my skin.My entire face is full of acne and pimples and acne scars. Talking about my complexion it is not that bad.But one thing which again disappoints me is that my skin gets tanned very easily which makes it look patchy and bad. So overall I am not that happy with either my skin or my complexion.

hello shreed... have you ever tried consulting to a dermatologist? i think that will be a good way so that your acne will be healed...and please do not pop it coz that's the reason why you get scars...and don't touch it that much, it might get irritated... try to drink lots of water and fruits for cleansing and do not use harsh soaps...again try to consult a doctor... well with your skin getting tan so fast, just try to avoid direct contact to sunlight...especially from 10 am- 4pm...its bad for the skin. and maybe you can try using some sunblock with high spf...but again try consulting your dermatologist first before putting anything on your face coz some products might irritate your skin...so professional help is the best... have a good day!

I hate my skin complexion. I have eczema and it makes my skin very red. I would love to have clear skin it would be great!

I think it's just human nature to never be satisfied with what we have. Whether it's our skin tone or anything else really. We tend to look at other people and we compare our worst with their best. Why? Because we know our worst even when we hide our imperfections behind foundations and concealers and such. And all we know of others is the face they show to the world after makeup. If you want beautiful skin I think it's more important to take care its health rather than to try to change its colour. It is after all our body's biggest organ and it's health is vital to our overall health. And I've not seen a skin colour yet that isn't beautiful in its own right

im satisfied with my skin color. im too light skinned to tell that i am a filipina, some people thought that i was a korean or japanese because of my light skinned. I love my skin, my husband notice that i have a very smooth and soft skin, i dont have to shave like some girls that they have to shave because they have hair on their arms. Mine? the hair in my arms are not visible..theyre so thin and u cant even recognize that its there. I dont put or wear any lotions or special creams its just the way it is.Im not even picky with my soaps or anything, i just use a body wash or regualr soap..and that was it, im not high maintenance with my skin. hahaha.. have a great day my people.... peace out

then that's good for you...being low maintenance for this is really good...coz unlike some people especially celebrities, they really need so much money just to keep their skin looking good and smooth..then you are lucky! well actually yes, upon looking in your pic, you can be easily recognized as Filipina...but still very Asian looking! thanks for sharing!

Yes and i have realized your point long long time ago. That's why i was happy with my skin. I told myself that people are always saying "i love your skin, what soap do you use?". From then on, i started to like my skin and try to take care of it which is very hard when you're stressed. I was considering myself to get a tan but changed my mind because of that statement. LOL.Ü

well, for some people tan is nice and beautiful! but only if your tan is nice and not burned! hehehe...if you are from here in the Philippines, then fairer skin is better i don't know why but it does... now i realized that our skin is really very important...if we have nice skin, we can have more confidence in ourselves... thanks for sharing and enjoy your complexion!
