debit card and extra charges and fees!

I have just started recieving money in my paypal account from online sites and such. I have a lot of questions now. How do I get the money out? I recently requested it to be sent to my bank account and now I think there might be a fee. Plus I was wondering what do I do if recently I had to get a new debit card and now have two debit card numbers on my account. One debit card (which is cancelled) has all my money or funds on it. The other card I just added and that is the only one that works now and I transferred more money to paypal and I am not sure which debit card it will go to. I hope I don't lose any money through this and I want to know if I am going to be charged a big fee for asking for my money to be transferred to my account. I just wanted to cash out and I thought that's how I did it. THanks for any information!
