what do you prefer in living DAY OR NIGHT?

we all live in a day and night situations defends on us to sleep at day or nights but what do you prefer in living your life or lets say working at night or day?

For me it would be night time. I do a lot more things at night. I always seem awake and lively at night because during the day i feel groggy. I can handle staying up late more waking up early.
