I have noticed one thing common in major cricket tournaments in which both india and pakistan participating.
Whenever Pakistan goes out of the tournaments in the earlier stage of the tournament, india also will be going out the very next day or within couple of days.
Last world cup was perfect example.
What do you think about this?

It wasnt so in the 2003 world cup. If I can remember well, Pakistan crashed out of the group stages while India made it to the finals. But since the 2007 world cup and T20 international world cup both teams have had similar results. Well Pakistan have almost ensured themselves a semi final berth so its upto India now to rise to the challenge.
Since Pakistan are almost there, I think India will follow them soon. They just need to play well like they have done in the 18 months and they will see results. They need to forget all that happened in the past week or so and just concentrate on the task ahead. Theyll need to perform at their peak if they are to beat South Africa and England. Anyway lest hope for the best!

only tournament i can remember is the last world cup in 2007 when India and Pakistan were sent packing on the same day. but now that Pakistan have beaten newzealand they are almost sure of going through to the semi finals along with srilanka most probably. Pakistan has a match against Ireland now and they look to avenge their 2007 world cup loss by beating them by a huge margin and thus ensuring a place for themselves in the semi finals.
