Do you get yourself into situations you don't like because you can't say no?

I often do this. For example, I love staying in at night on my own and watching a film, but because my neighbours parents are away she wants me to stay there with her tonight. But she just asked if it was ok if later on we go to another neighbours house for a while. I don't like these neighbours she wants us to go to very much, we haven't spoken to each other for a couple of years although there isn't a rivalry, we just don't really have anything in common. I'd much rather not go but because I'm the sort of person who just agrees with everything even if I don't like it (apart from if someone wants me to go on scary rides in theme parks for example) I went and said "Ok, that's fine." I'm too nice for my own good sometimes. Will probably feel really uncomfortable round this neighbours house tonight. I wont feel safe as they're slightly dodgy...
Are you the same?

Hi, those!
Yes, I found myself "too nice" as well sometimes. I often say 'yes' or
agree' instead of 'no' or 'disagree' although I know that I don't like it. Mostly it happens when my best friend or my boss is asking me a favour, or ask me for advise. Sometimes, i feel that my 'yes' answer will comfort them better than if I confontrate them. I know this is not good, and right now I am still trying to improve myself to have guts to say 'no' to something I don't like to other people, lol.
