How many times do u listen to a song to get the Lyrics?

It usually depends on the language of song. If it is in my mother tongue then I'll get the first time I hear. If it's other than that then it has to be clear otherwise I have to hear it atleast 5 to 10 times ot get the lyrics. I do make a note of the lyrics sometimes to understand them properly.

I guess it depends on the type of music like rap is harder for me then most hard rock or anything but like heavy metal or grindcore sometimes it does take a few repeats to understand it

In reality i have not this problem when i listen a song!!So i guess that in some cases instrumental taste and arragemens can be a kind of sitraction in relation to the words in sons..but normally i can understand them when i listen a song as well!!so it cn happen that i can't understand or have mind to all word text in a song when i listen the first time but i tend to be careful even abou the words!!

Sometimes it depends on me but sometimes the song matters, If the language is different it's hard to memorize, other matters are it is too long or maybe I'm not just in the mood to sing songs for now.

My level of comprehension the first listen through depends of what genre I'm listening to. If it's progressive rock, No problem. Underground rap, depends of the emcee's voice. Metal or even Jazz, it's the voice and riffs that may throw me off at times.

The first time I listen to a song, I comprehend about half of the lyrics (that's if I really want to learn the lyrics.) After that I just keep listening to that specific song till I can flow with the beat. I be rocking them beats ^^.
