If there's an Unresolved tab...how then do you resolve?

Hello : ) An unresolved discussion is only one for which you've not yet chosen a "best response." That is the way to resolve the discussion, and it won't show up under that tab any more. I usually let the number of days since the last response be guide as when to mark a "best." 3-5 days, say. Hope that helps. Karen

Unresolved...means you have not marked 'best response' on those discussions of yours...you should do it....but after some weeks have passed when you start a discussion....coz you get paid for it, and also the one to whom you mark best response gets the benefit of you giving best response to him/her....whenever you have time go through all of them and keep marking best response to the resposne which you really like

Well i got tons of unresolved discussions lol! I haven't awarded the best response yet on the discussions on my unresolved tab. The output of my discussions before were overwhelming and so are the responses so it quite difficult for me to choose the best response award for all of them. So i guess you're still in for a good start, start giving the award and that's how you resolve it.

You need to choose the best answer to the discussions that you have started. Thats it. From what I see here others have already expressed this to you as well. One hint though, wait awhile before you choose the best answer. I wait anywhere from a day to a full week before I choose the best answer. Sometimes the better answers come at a later time and I want to be fair to everyone that answers. Mylot is good place to get answers to questions or help with advice I have found.
