Its a wholesome meal, tell the docs. I am afraid of the yellow content which might rise my cholestrol levels. I take it omelete or Bhurji style as I am fond of it in the breakfast. But not to forget, I am egg freak and always try to eat it with the yellow part removed before I have it! What about you?

Hi, I enjoy eating eggs, especially the yolks. I often have them, hardboiled, fried sunnyside or as omelettes. I really like having omelettes with dried shrimps and bacon bits or Chinese sausages.

I love eggs! Especially hard boiled.^_^ Though I also like scrambled and sunny side up. Yeah I used to eat only the white part of the egg and give the yellow part to my Mom. Not so because of its cholesterol content but because I just dont like the taste of it. However, these days I do eat the yellow part in hardboiled eggs. As for sunny-side-up, Ill eat all of it if and only if the yellow part is well cooked and not runny.

I am eating eggs.
I don't think they have any severe bad effects to our body.
They are really good for health.
I am eating all the different food which has egg.
I eat omelet, Bhurji, even putting egg in a glass of milk and drink it.
It is also energetic food.
I don't have any problems even in eating that yellow part in it!!

love love love eggs! Eggs are yummy - they are also versatile. Anyways, care to share what "Bhurji style" is? Sounds yummy - and potentially an alternate way to cook my egg.
I eat 'em scrambled, boiled, sunny-side-up, ommellette, with veggies (ala tempura study, I guess), and I eat them with anything! Though the yellow part is supposedly high in cholesterol - as long as you don't eat eggs 5 times a day - you should be ok. Additionally - if you eat eggs first thing in the morning - you should be able to burn the cholesterol part of the egg as long as you make it a point to either use the stairs or park far so you can walk through the parking lot. Any minor excercises during the day would be helpful.
Thanks for sharing. Cheers!

I eat the whole egg meself. I could care less about my cholesterol.
I just want to get rid of this paunch of fat.
But I digress.
I like fried, poached, and scrambled eggs. (I'm really only adept at making the latter.) I like to add salt, pepper, and a little butter so it doesn't stick to the pan. Eggland's Best is the tastiest egg I've ever eaten.
*smacks lips* Ah!
