My favourite would have to be "The Miracle Maker". It's soft, and somewhat contemporary. It is in a lanugage and tone I can understand and appreciate. The music is excellent, and I love Ralph Fiennes as the voice of Jesus. It's a brilliant work.
What's your favourite? There's tons of 'em out there. And not just ones about Christ - there's ones about Moses, David, the Saints, what have you.

I watched the Passion. An excellent film - very realistic. And it gets the message across well.
Unfortunate that Mel went downhill from there, eh?

The movie "Benhur" featuring Charlton Hestone is my all time favorite. I find the movie excellent in bringing spiritual revival to a dying spirit. The movie touched my life and inspire me to live for Christ. It portrays Christ as the ultimate source of comfort and hope in times of life's gretaest afflictions. The movie has a unique anointing for me for it draws me closer to Christ and made me to adore Christ more.

I've seen an animated version of that on TBS - a Christian Broadcasting Channel.
And I think we have that film lying around our house somewhere.
I do agree. It's very compelling, the story.
